Freedom Hub Store

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Freedom Hub website and your purchase and use of products, resources and services made available through the platform.

Effective date: 23 September 2026
Website: freedomhub.biz

Welcome to Freedom Hub. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service through the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Freedom Hub

Freedom Hub is a faith-informed education, personal development and professional growth platform providing resources and services in areas that may include personal growth, stewardship, financial education, relationships, leadership, business, training, books and digital learning resources.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal, educational and commercial-purchasing purposes consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use its content in a manner that infringes the rights of Freedom Hub or others.

3. Products and Services

Freedom Hub may offer digital products, downloadable resources, books, training, consultations and other products or services. Product descriptions are provided to help you make an informed purchasing decision. The features, format, availability and conditions applicable to a particular product or service will be those stated on the relevant product, service or checkout page at the time of purchase.

4. Digital Products

Certain Freedom Hub products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be shipped. Where a product is identified as downloadable or digital, you are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for maintaining a compatible device and software necessary to access the product.

5. Prices and Orders

Prices are displayed on the website and at checkout in the currency indicated by the store. The Freedom Hub store currently uses Swazi Lilangeni (SZL) as its configured store currency.

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing the products selected, quantities, prices and information entered during checkout. Submission of an order does not by itself constitute confirmation that payment has been successfully received or verified.

6. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed through an external payment service provider. Where you are redirected to a hosted payment service, the payment transaction is completed through that provider’s environment and may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

An order may remain pending or on hold until payment has been successfully received or otherwise verified. Freedom Hub reserves the right not to release a paid product or service where payment has not been successfully completed or verified.

7. Digital Delivery and Downloads

Eligible digital products will be made available after successful payment and order confirmation in accordance with the conditions applicable to the product. Access may be provided through an order email, customer account, download link or another delivery method stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your order information and authorised download access secure. Technical difficulties affecting access should be reported to Freedom Hub so that the order can be reviewed.

8. Intellectual Property and Licence of Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Freedom Hub content and digital resources remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a digital product gives you the right to use that product in accordance with the licence or usage conditions associated with the purchase; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorised, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, sublicense or make purchased digital resources available to other persons as though they were your own products or content.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and remedies relating to purchases are governed by the applicable Freedom Hub refund policy, the conditions stated for the relevant product or service, and any rights that apply under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or restrict a customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Customer Accounts

Where account creation is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You should notify Freedom Hub if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

11. Educational and Informational Content

Freedom Hub provides educational, developmental and faith-informed resources intended to support learning, reflection and responsible decision-making. General website content and educational resources should not automatically be treated as personalised legal, medical, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

Where an individual professional service is specifically offered, its scope and applicable terms should be considered separately from general website content.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party platforms and service providers. Freedom Hub does not control every aspect of third-party websites or systems. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms, policies and practices.

13. Availability of the Website

Freedom Hub aims to maintain reliable access to its website and digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Maintenance, security requirements, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

14. Responsibility and Liability

Freedom Hub seeks to provide its products, services and website content with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Hub is not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse of its products, unauthorised redistribution, incompatible customer equipment, third-party service failures outside its reasonable control, or reliance on general educational content as a substitute for professional advice where individual professional advice is required.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability or customer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with the Freedom Hub Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Customers should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions.

16. Changes to These Terms

Freedom Hub may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, store operations, legal requirements or business practices change. The effective date displayed on this page indicates the current version. Updated terms will apply prospectively as appropriate.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini, subject to any mandatory rights or legal provisions that apply to a particular transaction or customer and cannot lawfully be excluded.
