Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your digital product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original format.

Several types of digital products are exempt from being returned:

Downloads such as software, games, apps, and e-books
Online courses and training programs
Digital subscriptions
Membership and access to online services
Custom-made or personalized digital products

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Digital vouchers and codes
In-app purchases
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Digital products that have been partially used or downloaded.
Digital products that are not in their original format or have been modified.
Digital products that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned digital product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again.

Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced digital products may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace digital products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same digital product, send us an email at {email address}.


If the digital product was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned digital product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the digital product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the digital product sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

As our products are digital, there are no shipping costs or procedures involved in returning them.
